What is the check in / check out procedure?

We ask that campers arrive between 3-5 PM on the Check-in day. Campers and families receive a key, move their belongings for the week into their dorms, and are welcome to check out the field and facilities.

Checkout occurs at 11:00 AM on the last day of camp. Campers are encouraged to clean up their room the previous night. After the campers pack up their belongings, they return the key and are free to go.

We are flexible and can work with players who need to check in late, but we cannot start supervision on site until 3:00 PM.

How does transportation work if I am out of state?

We provide rides from the local train/ bus station, Union Station & the local airport: Ronald Reagan National (DCA). We recommend campers arrive around 12:00-3:00 PM on check in day to either location, and schedule their departing transportation between 2:00-5:00 PM on the day of check out.

We work directly with individuals or parties coming from out of state leading up to camp. Reach out to [email protected] with personalized transportation questions.
